Technical Support Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
In support of our expanding global customer base and ambitious growth plans we are looking to strengthen our technical capability within the organisation. To support this projected growth we want to attract talented Technical Support Engineers with 2+ years' commercial experience to liaise directly with customers to fix issues and provide technical support, and in turn become a key contributor to our digital transformation teams.
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer you will have:
- 2+ years experience working as a support engineer
- Experience working with open-source software operating systems such as UNIX / LINUX
- Experience working with Scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Bash
- Experience working alongside developers and working as part of a team
- Experience working in a client facing role
